Can I take my vehicle to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA NOC)?
Yes, maximum coverage or usage allowed will be into KSA only, subject to approval by Ebrahim K. Kanoo management. A KSA NOC can be requested online from the website.
Is smoking allowed inside the vehicle?
All vehicles provided are non-smoking. In case the vehicle has been used otherwise, then a minimum Ziebart cleaning charge would be applicable.
Where do I take the vehicle to be serviced?
You can take your vehicle to any of Ebrahim K. Kanoo or Motorcity dealership service centres located across Bahrain. Location of dealership service centres is available from our website.
What should I do if I am fined by the traffic directorate?
All fines are payable by the client to KVL as the same is paid directly to the Ministry Of Interior by KVL. There may be instances where the end user presence is required by Bahrain court for selective offences that KVL will advise accordingly.
What do I do when returning the vehicle?
One may return the lease vehicle to KVL Lease office. It is important to provide a police report for damages, if any, on the vehicle. Any personal belonging needs to be removed from the vehicle by the end user. Any unaccounted damages will be charged back
